

Vendor Rules
*No venomous reptiles
*No threatened or endangered species
*All animals must be properly contained
*All transactions are between buyer and seller
Vendor setup will be from 7:00am until 9:00am. The doors will be open to the public from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Nametags will be provided for each vendor and their assistant, and should be worn for the duration of the show. The table rental fee is $40.00 per table (tables are 8 feet by 2.5 feet) and include one free admission for anyone who may be assisting the vendor. We ask that the area around your table be kept clean and free of debris.
Neither the event coordinators nor Mars VFW Post 7505 will be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or any injuries that may occur during the show.
The event coordinator reserves the right to remove any vendor and/or any animal for any reason.
Please understand these rules are in place to protect both you the vendor and us the event coordinators.
